Terms of service

The terms for using Dosvita.

Last updated 19 October 2026

Dosvita turns a CV into a portfolio page. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Dosvita is operated by Infoverse LLC, a company registered in Kosovo. In these terms, “we” means that seller.

The service

You upload a CV, Dosvita extracts the details with an AI model, and renders them as a portfolio you can edit and publish at a shareable link. Dosvita has a free plan and a Pro plan. Pro costs US$5 per month or US$39 per year, and unlocks extra features; both plans and what they include are listed on the pricing page.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

Your content

You keep ownership of your CV, the data extracted from it and anything you add to your portfolio, such as images and files. You give Dosvita permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you, including showing a published portfolio to anyone with its link.

You promise that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law. Do not upload other people’s personal data without their permission.

Published portfolios

A published portfolio and its media are public: anyone with the link can see them, and search engines may index them. Unpublish a portfolio or delete it to take it offline. Cached copies elsewhere are outside our control.

When your plan ends

Publishing a portfolio is part of Pro. While you have an active Pro subscription, including its free trial, your published page is online.

If your subscription ends, we do not take the page down straight away. We keep it online for a limited time after the end of your last paid billing period: 12 months if you were on the monthly plan and 24 months if you were on the yearly plan. During that time the page is frozen: it shows a “Made with Dosvita” badge, and you can only change it by upgrading to Pro again or by unpublishing it first.

If you never paid, for example because you only used the free trial, the page goes offline when the trial ends. A payment that is fully refunded, or reversed by a chargeback, does not count towards this time.

When the time is up, your page goes offline. Your content stays saved in your account, and you can publish it again by subscribing.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content.
  • No impersonating another person in a portfolio.
  • No attempts to break, overload or scrape the service, or to access other people’s accounts.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI-generated output

Extraction and design choices are made by an AI model and can be wrong or incomplete. Check your portfolio before you publish it and before you send it to anyone; you are responsible for what it says.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. It handles checkout, taxes and invoices, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase. Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel, which takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Pro starts with a free trial of 7 days. A payment card is required to start it, and you are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your card is charged the price you chose, monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time from the link in any subscription email from Paddle, and a cancellation made before the trial ends means you are never charged. The trial is offered once per customer, and we may end a trial we believe is being abused.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Dosvita running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features, and we will give notice of changes that significantly affect a paid plan. We may update these terms; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Indemnity

You will cover our reasonable losses, including legal costs, that arise from content you upload or from your breach of these terms or of someone else’s rights.

Ending your account

You can stop using Dosvita at any time and ask us to delete your account and data (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Try to resolve any dispute with us first by writing to hello@dosvita.app; failing that, the courts of Kosovo have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections and any right to sue in your own country that the law of where you live gives you.

General

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to a successor of the business; you may not transfer yours without our consent. Neither side is liable for failing to perform because of events beyond its reasonable control, such as outages of internet, hosting or payment providers, disasters or government action. If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
