What Dosvita does with your data.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and the name Google shares with us when you sign in with Google. We never see or store a Google password.
• Uploaded CVs: the PDF or Word file you upload, with its filename and type.
• Extracted data: the structured details read from your CV, such as name, headline, contact details, work history, education and skills, plus the design chosen for your portfolio.
• Portfolio media: images, PDFs and links you add to your portfolio’s showcase.
• Usage records: a log of actions such as generating a portfolio, used to limit abuse.
• Page views: anonymous page-view counts collected with Vercel Analytics.
• Purchases: if you buy a plan, Paddle collects your payment details. We receive your purchase and subscription status, not your card number.

How we use it

To create your account, turn your CV into a portfolio, host the portfolios you publish, provide paid features, prevent abuse and answer your requests. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

• Supabase hosts our database, authentication and file storage. Uploaded CVs are kept in a private storage bucket that only your own account can read.
• Anthropic receives the text of your CV so its Claude model can extract your details and suggest a design. We send the text only, for that request.
• Google signs you in if you choose Google sign-in.
• Paddle is our merchant of record: it processes payments, calculates and remits taxes, and handles the payment data it collects under its own privacy notice. See Paddle’s privacy notice.
• Vercel hosts the site and provides page-view analytics.

These providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States.

Published portfolios are public

When you publish a portfolio, its content and media are served from public addresses that anyone with the link can open, and search engines may index them. Your uploaded CV file itself stays private. Only publish what you are happy for anyone to see, such as an email address or phone number.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. Deleting a portfolio removes it from public view. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, CVs, extracted data and portfolio media. Paddle keeps transaction records as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to stop processing it, by writing to hello@dosvita.app. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in. Vercel Analytics counts page views without cookies or cross-site tracking.
